Formats: Delivered in 4K resolution (16:9 aspect ratio for walkthroughs, teasers and individual room clips; 9:16 vertical ratio for social clips), optimized for web, YouTube, and mobile/desktop displays.
Production Process
Pre-Production

Discovery & Ideation: Collaboration with your team to align on vision and key branding goals.

Shot List and timeline: Development of a detailed shot list and timeline to capture venue flow and defining features efficiently.
Production

On-Site Filming: (2.5) hrs for each venue

Crew: (2) person video team (Director/Cinematographer and Producer/Editor)

Overtime Policy: Filming beyond the scheduled time will be billed at $750/hr
Venue Preparation Guidelines
To ensure we capture the best possible footage quickly + efficiently, we kindly request the following:

Venue Readiness: Please have all areas—including a la carte, lounge, bar, private dining and terraces—fully set for service before our team arrives. All non-essential items like delivery boxes, brooms, mops, and kitchen prep items should be out of sight.

Cleanliness: All surfaces, especially glass doors and mirrors, should be clean and wiped down.

Lighting & Ambiance: Please ensure all lights are turned on and as bright as possible. We may adjust them as needed to achieve the best look. If you wish to have lit candles in the video, please have them ready to be lit upon our arrival.

Staff Awareness: Please inform your staff about the shoot to ensure they can remain out of the camera's line of sight during filming.
Post-Production

Editing: Complete post-production, color correction, and royalty-free background music integration.

Revisions: Includes (2) rounds of edits for walkthroughs and (1) round for teasers

Turnaround: Initial drafts delivered within 7–10 business days of shoot date

Review & Delivery: Drafts shared via Vimeo for review; final high-resolution assets delivered via WeTransfer.

Platform Integration: A walkthrough and teaser video will automatically be uploaded to your SixPlus profiles.
