Video Walkthrough (2-3 minutes): (1) full-length 4K video, following the true flow of the space and highlighting its best features.

Video Teaser (30-50 seconds): (1) shorter, dynamic 4K teaser from the walkthrough footage.

Interior Photos: (10) interior photos showcasing the different spaces within the restaurant.

Pre-Production

Discovery & Ideation: We will collaborate with your team to understand your vision and goals for the video.

Shot List and timeline: We will create a detailed shot list and timeline with your team, ensuring we capture the proper flow and the defining features of your venue.
Production

(2.5) hours* to shoot the video and take photos

(2) person team will be on-site, including a Director/Videographer/Photographer and a Producer/Editor
To ensure we capture the best possible footage quickly + efficiently, we kindly request the following:

Venue Readiness: Please have all areas—including a la carte, lounge, bar, private dining and terraces—fully set for service before our team arrives. All non-essential items like delivery boxes, brooms, mops, and kitchen prep items should be out of sight.

Cleanliness: All surfaces, especially glass doors and mirrors, should be clean and wiped down.

Lighting & Ambiance: Please ensure all lights are turned on and as bright as possible. We may adjust them as needed to achieve the best look. If you wish to have lit candles in the video, please have them ready to be lit upon our arrival.

Staff Awareness: Please inform your staff about the shoot to ensure they can remain out of the camera's line of sight during filming.
Post-Production

Video Editing: We will handle all editing, adding music, and color correction.

Revisions: (2) rounds of edits are included for the walkthrough and (1) round for the teaser.

Video Edit Delivery: All video edits will be delivered digitally via Vimeo for feedback.

Photo Editing: We will handle all color and image enhancement.

Photo Edit Delivery: All photo edits will be delivered digitally via WeTransfer.

Final Delivery: All final video + photo assets will be delivered via WeTransfer.
Additional Costs: Extra edits, alternate lengths, dimensions, and raw files are all available for additional fees.
*Extended Film Time: Should the filming total exceed (3) hours, an additional charge of $750 per additional hour will apply.
