Pre-Production
1. In-person site visit and ideation with the venue team at least 1 week before the shoot.
2. Shot list - flow of actual shots and estimated timeline completed by the video team at least 3 days before the shoot.
Production

3. Requirements of venue on shoot day:
a. The venue is required to be service ready and set by the time the video team arrives on site. This includes a la carte, lounge, bar, private dining and outdoor areas to be set for service. Extra chairs + tables, delivery boxes, kitchen + bar prep, brooms, mops and buckets etc should be removed from the line of sight.
b. Make sure all areas are swept, vacuumed and wiped down; including glass doors and mirrors.
c. Candles are a great addition to the videos, if you want these in the video make sure they are ready to be lit as soon as the video team arrives on site.
d. Make sure your staff is aware of the shoot and keep them out of the line of sight of the video team. We will work with you and your team to make sure we are quick and efficient.
Post-Production
1. Editing, music and color correction + grading.
2. Includes (2) rounds of editing.
3. Individual videos for each private space included at no additional cost.
4. Digital delivery, in 16:9 horizontal format + downloadable.
Price: $1250 + a $50 processing fee
**The price includes all video pre-production, production and post-productions costs. Should the day of shoot take longer than 2 hours, we will charge an additional $500 per additional hour. Extra edits, alternate dimensions and raw files are available for additional costs.
