Basic Video Tour Package Deliverables

Video Walkthrough (3-5 minutes each): (1) full-length video, highlighting the space and its best features. Perfect for adding to your website and sharing with clients.

Video Teaser (30-50 seconds each): (1) shorter, dynamic trailer to use on social media and other platforms.

Both videos will also be added to your SixPlus profile once completed
This package includes a discounted rate of $1,300, a savings of $200 off our standard pricing. This price includes all pre-production, production, and post-production costs.
Additional Costs: Extra edits, alternate lengths, dimensions, and raw files are all available for additional fees.
Extended Shoot Time: Should the on-site shoot day exceed 2 hours, an additional charge of $500 per extra hour will apply.
Total Cost: $1,300 plus a $50 processing fee
Pre-Production

Discovery & Ideation: We will collaborate with your team to understand your vision and goals for the videos.

Shot List and timeline: Following our discovery session, we will create a detailed shot list and timeline with your team, ensuring we capture every key element of your venue.
Production - The Day of the Shoot

Video Team: A two-person video team will be on-site, including a Director/Videographer and a Producer/Editor.
To ensure we capture the best possible footage quickly and efficiently, we kindly request the following:

Venue Readiness: Please have all areas—including a la carte, lounge, bar, and private dining—fully set for service before our team arrives. All non-essential items like delivery boxes, brooms, mops, and kitchen prep items should be out of sight.

Cleanliness: All surfaces, especially glass doors and mirrors, should be clean and wiped down.

Lighting & Ambiance: Please ensure all lights are turned on and as bright as possible. We may adjust them as needed to achieve the best look. If you wish to have lit candles in the video, please have them ready to be lit upon our arrival.

Staff Awareness: Please inform your staff about the shoot to ensure they can remain out of the camera's line of sight.
Post-Production

Editing: We will handle all editing, music selection, and color correction.

Revisions: The package includes two rounds of edits for the walkthrough and one round for the teaser.

Final Delivery: All final video assets will be delivered digitally via vimeo.
